About SWYFT

Founded by professional hockey player C.J. Suess, SWYFT is a charitable organization focusing on mental health awareness. SWYFT stands for “Say What You Feel, Speak What You Think” and encourages people not to compartmentalize their thoughts and feelings.

Our mission at SWYFT is something I hold near and dear to my heart. All of us know someone who has been affected by or debilitated by mental illness. I’ve seen mental illness affect many of my teammates, friends, and, most importantly — my family. My goal in creating SWYFT is to create a medium for open conversations about depression, anxiety, and stress. I want people to know that it’s okay to reach out to others, no matter the situation. Don’t compartmentalize and keep your thoughts and feelings inside! Mental illness affects millions of people, and millions of other people are willing to listen and help you through the process. Please join me in supporting SWYFT to help others express themselves and give back to an important cause.

SWYFT’S IMPACT

We are committed to de-stigmatizing mental health and providing resources for people who struggle. Our brand provides visibility that does more than just raise awareness; it contributes financial support that creates meaningful change. Your donation helps raise awareness and fund Behavioral Health programming at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital.

With your help, we help those who need it.
